4TH ANNUAL BIOLOGICAL SAFETY
CONFERENCE/AGM 2021

Previous Biological Safety Conferences of The Nigerian Biological Safety Association (NiBSA) have sufficiently proved that Nigerian medical laboratory scientists, biological and biomedical researchers, Veterinary Medicine experts, Environmental Scientists, Environmental Health Practitioners, nurses, doctors and all other experts relevant to Biosafety and Biosecurity requires fora for discussing, sharing notes, research outputs and updating their knowledge and skills on fast emerging fields of Biosafety and Biosecurity. The emergence of various diseases, epidemics and issues in public health, pharmaceutics, and agriculture as relates to the products of modern biotechnology have further indicated the need for platforms for relevant practitioners in the field of biosafety and biosecurity to share ideas and network towards a disease-free society while ensuring food security. The NiBSA 2021 Conference would help participants advance towards achieving the goals of the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) as it aims at a world safe and secure from infectious diseases threats.
